Information you provide

Booking requests include your name, email address, travel dates, chosen home, number of guests, any selected pets, and the price breakdown. You may also provide a phone number and a message. We keep a request reference, submission time, status, and your acknowledgment of the booking request terms.

Email inquiries include your email address, message, any name or booking reference you provide, and attachments you choose to send. Email is handled by the providers that operate the sending and receiving mailboxes. Do not include payment card numbers, passwords, identity documents, medical details, or children’s personal information in a message. We do not ask you to send payment details by email or through a booking request.

Information collected when you browse

Our web server records technical details about requests, including IP address, requested page or resource, time, response status, browser information, and referring page when supplied by your browser. These logs support site operation, troubleshooting, and security. Temporary network identifiers also help limit excessive form submissions.

When you save a home, its identifier is stored in your browser on that device. We do not use that saved list to create an account or synchronize it across devices. You can remove individual saved homes using their heart buttons, or remove the saved list by clearing this site’s browser data.

How information is used

Information is used to record and review travel inquiries, communicate about a requested stay, respond to contact or privacy requests, maintain request records, and operate and protect the website. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Access and third-party services

Site operators and administrators with server access can access submitted requests and technical logs. The website stores form submissions on its server; it does not send their contents to advertising networks, analytics services, or data brokers.

Maps are provided by OpenStreetMap. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to those services and sends connection information such as your IP address and browser details, and may send a referring website address. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy and Google Fonts privacy information for their practices. These services do not receive the contents of our booking form from this website.

These pages do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Browser storage used for saved homes is separate from cookies.

Retention

Booking submissions are stored on the server until manually deleted by the site operator; they do not currently expire automatically. Email inquiries may also remain in the receiving mailbox until deleted. Copies may remain with email providers under their own retention practices. You can request deletion by emailing info@tnrental.homes. Access logs are normally kept for about five weeks, and error logs for about eleven weeks. Actual deletion timing depends on the server’s weekly log rotation and maintenance. Saved homes remain on your device until you remove them or clear the site’s browser data.

Your choices and privacy requests

Email info@tnrental.homes to ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion, or ask for reconsideration of a previous response. Use “Privacy request” as the subject and include your booking reference if you have one. Use the email address associated with your request. Additional information may be needed to verify your identity before records can be disclosed or changed; please do not send identity documents with your initial inquiry.

Requests are submitted for manual review. Submitting a deletion request does not itself delete a record or cancel a stay. Rights and exceptions can depend on the law applicable to your circumstances. You may choose not to provide optional information, and you can browse homes without submitting a form.

Security

The site uses HTTPS to protect information in transit and server access controls to restrict access to request records. Request records are not available through public website routes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging accommodation. A booking form asks for a total guest count, not the names or personal details of children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please email info@tnrental.homes.
