Requesting a stay

Select a home, your preferred dates, and your group size, then review the price breakdown and submit your contact details. A request receives a reference number. It is an inquiry for review, not an accepted reservation or a hold on the home.

Calendar dates indicate which dates this website accepts requests for. Availability, sleeping arrangements, amenities, and the terms of a stay require confirmation before a reservation is accepted. Do not make travel arrangements based only on a request receipt.

Prices and payment

The displayed calculation includes the selected number of nights at the home’s nightly rate, the cleaning fee, and a pet fee when selected. The booking service fee is $0. No payment is collected when submitting a request, and these forms do not collect card details.

The displayed total is the amount attached to your inquiry. A submitted request does not create a payment obligation. Review and agree to the complete written price and reservation terms before making any payment.

Guests and house requirements

Requests are accepted for stays of 2–28 nights and up to the guest count shown for each home. Include your full group size and any pet request. Pet acceptance is subject to approval; selecting a pet fee does not itself grant approval. Review each home’s information about stairs, parking, outdoor areas, and other features relevant to your group.

Any agreed stay must follow its confirmed house rules. Ask about check-in and check-out times, accessibility needs, or specific sleeping arrangements before accepting a reservation.

Changes and cancellations

To change or withdraw a pending request, contact us with your reference number. Sending a message does not automatically change a request or confirmed reservation. Any cancellation or refund terms for a confirmed stay must be supplied and accepted with that reservation; no refund entitlement is created by submitting an inquiry.

Using the website

Provide accurate contact and travel information. Do not submit information on someone else’s behalf without their permission, misuse forms, attempt to access another guest’s records, or interfere with the website. Maps show approximate locations rather than exact addresses.
